All our formations come with lots of extras but our pricing is based on the following:
- A basic LTD company formation is just £9.99 (This is cheaper than the £12 you would pay at Companies House).
- You will receive all the required documentation digitally.
- In addition, you will receive a notification every time any information changes at Companies House to prevent company hijacking.
- If you would like to use our address as your business address (for privacy reasons) and receive printed copies of all your documentation, plus a company register the cost is £59.99 plus VAT. This service is renewed annually, at the same price, to cover the administration cost of managing your company address. There is no obligation to renew this service.
- If you require all of the above and you would like us to do your Companies House filing, register VAT and PAYE the cost is £99 plus VAT. This service is renewable annually, at the same price and covers the administration and fees we must pay to Companies House to complete your filing.
You can of course pick and mix any services you like (although the packages tend to be much cheaper).
