This service is ideal for contractors, consultants or professionals who don't want to spend their time completing complicated forms! When you appoint Duport to manage your company filing you can rest assured that the company is in good hands.
Confirmation Statements are not required in your first year of trading, and are typically submitted on renewal of this service

Important notes
- This service is available to all companies registered with Companies House.
- Duport provide a filing service to clients at its discretion. To legally provide this service in accordance with UK money laundering regulations you will be asked to supply identification verifying your identity.
- The Director is responsible for providing correct information and indemnifies Duport Associates Limited against all liability for false or inaccurate declarations based on information provided to, or withheld from us.
- Duport Associates will complete a set of dormant company accounts (DCA) as part of this service. The Director is responsible for instructing us to file the DCA no later than 7 working days before the deadline. Duport Associates LTD will not be accountable for any late filing penalties if requests are made after this timeframe.
- Submission of accounts for trading companies is not included in this service.
- The client is free to cease this service at any time.
- Failure to submit a Confirmation Statement or Company Accounts to Companies House is a criminal offence which can result in directors being prosecuted. Additionally, the late filing of Company Accounts will result in fines. Companies House may also strike the company off if documents are filed late.
- Users of our Company filing service must keep us informed of any changes to their forwarding address and telephone or email contact points. If we are unable to make contact with you Duport Associates will not be responsible for late or non filing of documents.
- Users of our Company filing service must keep us informed of any changes made directly at Companies House, including changes of filing dates. If we are not informed Duport Associates will not be responsible for late or incorrect filings.
- A renewal invoice is issued each year several weeks prior to the renewal date. If payment is not received this service ceases and Duport will resign from this role and notify Companies House.
