COVID-19 Update

Duport are working hard to keep up the high levels of customer service during the current crisis. While many of our staff are now working remotely you may find it harder to contact us directly on the phone. Webmail Connectivity

We are currently seeing connectivity issues on our webmail servers, customers are experiencing internal server errors and 500 errors when trying to access their emails, we are investigating and hope to get this working as soon as possible.

Webmail Attachment Issues

We are currently experiencing an issue with adding attachments to e-mails through webmail. Our senior hosting team are working on a fix. There is a work around and the instructions are below.

Please click on Storage > Attachments > Upload file. Once the file has been uploaded please compose your new e-mail and instead of clicking on ‘add attachment’ please click to ‘add from storage’.
Attachments can be deleted once the email has been sent via Storage > Attachments > tick the attachment > delete
