How can I keep my LTD company details private?

Your Registered Office is the legal address of the business at which Companies House, the Inland Revenue and other official bodies can serve official documents and assume that they have been received by the Company Directors.

Registered Office addresses are displayed on public record at Companies House.

If you don’t want your home address to be on public records and you don’t have a suitable alternative address, you can use our Registered Office address.

We will digitally forward all official mail to you as part of this service. If you’d like us to receive and forward all your business mail as well, this can be arranged for an additional fee.

You must provide a service address for each individual director, secretary, subscriber (shareholder/guarantor), person with significant control (PSC), and LLP member associated with your company.

Service addresses are displayed on public record at Companies House.

If you don’t want your home address to be on public records and you don’t have a suitable alternative address, Duport can provide you with a service address that keeps your personal details off public record.
