The basic sole trader package is a one off fee.
There is a renewal charge of £49.99 for the Protected Sole Trader package. This fee is renewable each year and covers all filing requirements at Companies House, HMRC and the use of our address and director details to hold your business name dormant on the Companies House register.
If you no longer wish to protect your company name you do not need to renew this service.
