Yes. If you’re not yet ready to trade but simply want to register your company name now you have 2 options:
- Use our reserve name service, where we do all the administration and register the business under our name until you are ready to start trading. If you plan to start trading within 12 months it’s probably best to take option 2.
- Register the company in your name and advise HMRC that you are a non trading company once they write to you after the first year. Then file your dormant accounts and confirmation statement to Companies House the following year. We can do the Companies House filing on your behalf if you don’t want the hassle.
