UTR Number

A Unique Taxpayer Reference, UTR, is a 10 digit code that's unique to either you or your company. HMRC requires this number for all things related to your tax obligations. This will be posted directly to your address usually in 3 - 4 weeks but it can take longer (up to 8) depending on how busy they are.
