Letterheads, compliment slips and business cards should present a high quality image, but it can be tricky to find a balance between cost and quality.

Paper can be coated, uncoated, laid, bond or wove and thickness will vary from 80gs photocopying paper to 120gsm for a good quality letterhead and 350gsm for business cards. 

Legally you must include certain essential information on stationery. Typical prices for 500 letterheads are around £130 (Inc VAT), but costs drop substantially for larger orders.
