The survey by Enterprise Rent-A-Car showed that entrepreneurs were likely to spend a considerable amount of time each day dealing with administration, IT issues and managing office supplies, leaving less time to focus on growing their business.

For these individuals, there aren’t enough hours in the day – what these figures have shown is that many of them could be creating time for themselves by using their day more effectively," stated Rob Ingram, UK business development manager for Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

Only one respondent in 8 maintained that they dedicated 95% of their working day to business activities by effectively organising their time.
