company reports

what are they?

Covers all known UK incorporated and sole trader companies where information is recorded or held.

what information is provided

  • Statutory Information - includes registered address, trading address, date of registration andd previous names
  • Owners and Officers - includes Shareholders (including shareholding), Directors (past & present) & Shareholders
  • Credit Score - including risk assessment and recommended credit limits
  • Financials - including turnover, profits, dividends, net worth & net asssets
  • Other - including CCJs, mortgages & charges, filing history, comments & subsidiaries

what are the limitations?

The data included in the reports is Limited to the data known or provided by that company.

In the case of Sole Traders that information can be more Limited as there is no formal recording or disclosing authority such as Companies House. A credit score will still be provided based on known information if enough information is recored

In the case of Small incorporated companies, key financial information is still held (assuming they have filed at least one set of accounts).

In the case of Larger incorporated companies, very detailed financial information is available

how do I order

Start by searching for a company and refine your search using the filter options provided, until you are confident you have identified the company you are targeting

director reports

what are they?

Director reports provide the business involvement activities of all registered UK Directors

what's in the reports?

  • Director information - includes date of birth, nationality, address, disqualifications
  • Directorships - All known directorships includes date of appointment, credit score & turnover of company and resigned directorships

what are the limitations?

Occasionally Directors can change name and address which may confuse the identity of that individual. It's possible that a single Director can be considered different people in such circumstances.

Sole Trader Proprietors are not considered "Directors" although known proprietorships are included in the reports for Directors.

how do I order one?

Start by searching for a Director, and refine your search using the tools provided until you are confident you have the individual you are targeting.

There is only one type of report for a Director so the process of selecting the report to buy is very simple once you have identified you target

what are they?

These are document image copies of filings made at Companies House

what's in the reports?

These following filings are:

  • Annual Accounts
  • Annual Return
  • Change of Directors / Secretaries / Registered Office
  • New Incorporation Documents
  • Change of Accounting Reference Date
  • Notification of Strike Off / Dissolution

what are the limitations?

These reports are only for companies that make filings at Companies House (i.e. incorporated companies)
