It is very important that you provide share certificates for individual shareholders as they provide proof of the ownership of a share(s) in the company.

There are two share certificates included in the standard formation pack, but if you have more shareholders you may require more certificates. These can be supplied with your formation pack upon request, when you purchase a company formation book which includes two further share certificates, or they can be ordered at a later date.
