This versatile service is great if you plan to travel, don't yet have a fixed trading address, or prefer your business not to appear to regionalised. You will be allocated an 0870 or 0800 number., and you will be able to choose where to forward this number, and when the phone rings you will be alerted that it is a business call. At this point you may choose to answer, reject or take a message from the caller.

With the 0870 number, you pay nothing for incoming calls* and your callers pay only BT standard rates.

Please note that calls diverted to mobile phones must prepay standard rates.

An 0800 number gives you the option to incur your callers costs.
