the company registration process
Our work begins the moment you click “submit” – but what actually happens once you’ve decided to form your company?
confirm availability
The first thing we do for you is check that the company name you want to create is available and not subject to additional regulations. There are some words which have additional restrictions and if our staff has any doubts about your choice they will contact you and discuss the problem. We rarely need to call people back about their choice of company name, this only occurs in around 1% of orders.
The most common issues arise for the use of words such as group, holdings and international. If these special words are required then the necessary additional documents are prepared. Please note company names are not checked against existing trademarks.
payment and processing
Following the language checking process we ensure that the company has been paid for in advance, before the legal formation process commences.
It can take Companies House fewer than 60 minutes to process our electronic submissions and from that moment the company is a legal entity in its own right. The only way to remove it from the register is to complete more official forms and pay Companies House a further striking off fee. This is why we do not create new companies unless our client has paid for them in advance.
forwarding your documents
The documents we receive from Companies House are the official incorporation certificates required by UK banks and others for proof of ownership of the new company. We despatch these document to our clients the same day we receive them along with our own company formation booklet and other relevant papers including our invoice.
Our staff are always available on the telephone during usual office hours to answer your questions and queries about your Internet transaction.
