What inspired you to start this business?
I have worked in the industry for many years and wanted to do something for myself.
Have you previously run any other businesses? Could you tell us a little bit about them?
I was the General Manager of a luxury safari company in Zambia, where I managed the day to day operation of 4 luxury safari camps, with special responsibility for operating standards, procurement within strict budgets.
Where do you see your business in 3 years?
With a good loyal happy client base.
What characteristics do you have that will help you make your business a success?
I am only offering the destinations I know well, where I have great contacts & expertise, I have the knowledge, experience and expertise to offer even the most discerning traveller.
What are you most keen to learn that will help you grow your business?
Networking skills, ensuring ETA is known in all the right circles.

Jo Malone – started at home, simple ingredients & packaging, became an aspirational brand, because it is a great product.
What do you think is the biggest challenge facing your company?
Getting the word out andadvertising the business.
Is being a business owner how you expected it to be, or have you had any surprises along the way?
Challenges – opening a business bank account in the UK from Portugal is a lengthy process I am now in my 5th month and no account yet!!
What is your main goal for your company?
To provide a good income, which supports me and enables me to travel long haul twice per year.

Allow enough time for the start up processes.
